Back in March 2020 the Tullamore Camera Club committee decided to run a daily photo competition on our Facebook page. The idea was to provide a much needed distraction for people during the lockdown and give them the opportunity to get the camera out and practice, and to simply create some positive content online.
The response to the daily challenge was great and a lot of members and non members joined in the fun posting shots.
The daily challenge first started out based around a different letter of the alphabet each day, which we thought restrictions would be lifted before we reached the letter Z, when we realised how things were unfolding we decided to keep it running and changed to different themes or picture edits each day.
